First I want to say I like Dr. Stevens. He has always provided me the excellent care. This review is about his billing process and his front desk attendant. I have Aetna insurance, which the doctor accepts. As a patient I have to assume that he accepts my insurance for all of the services he provides in his office. It turns out that he sends out his urinalysis studies to a third party that does not accept my insurance. I know this because I have received a bill for $569 dollars for the testing of my urine. I’ve had chronic daily migraines and neck pain for years. I’ve seen several neurologist and a spine dr and they all don’t know what to do to help me. Dr Stevens has been giving me cervical spine injections which are working. I’ve been to other pain dr’s that haven’t been very helpful. Dr Stevens has really helped me. Thank you
