PATIENTS BEWARE Pain Management ( Dr Charles Steven’s ) has serious issues with how he conducts himself when seeing patients. Had a Spinal injection that was done in a manner in which I have never experienced before . I was treated in a very cold hearted way. First I want to say I like Dr. Stevens. He has always provided me the excellent care. This review is about his billing process and his front desk attendant. I have Aetna insurance, which the doctor accepts. As a patient I have to assume that he accepts my insurance for all of the services he provides in his office. It turns out that he sends out his urinalysis studies to a third party that does not accept my insurance. I know this because I have received a bill for $569 dollars for the testing of my urine.
