I reached out to Steven's Blinds when our Hunter Douglass motorized blind in our bedroom stopped working properly. Steven personally came to my house to assess our situation and determined that we needed a new blind. Unfortunately our blind was a few years out of warranty and would be quite expensive to replace. I had an issue with Somfy motor with my home office blinds and Steven was able to fix the issue by troubleshooting by resetting the programming. He was very thorough and responsive. Highly recommend!
I have to rave about Steven's Blinds & Beyond. These folks are the most wonderful., helpful people that I have met. They are as honest and thoughtful and go out of their way to help. I had a blind repaired that I was told by another company that said they were discontinued and could not be fixed. We had a great experience with Steven’s Blinds! We got all Hunter Douglas blinds installed with vertical blinds for our sliding doors, wood blinds throughout the house, and zebra shades in the master. Everything looks amazing. Steven and his son really went above and beyond, even doing some custom modifications to one of the blind valances to make sure it looked perfect.
