I have to rave about Steven's Blinds & Beyond. These folks are the most wonderful., helpful people that I have met. They are as honest and thoughtful and go out of their way to help. I had a blind repaired that I was told by another company that said they were discontinued and could not be fixed. Steven's assured me that it was not discontinued and sure enough they were able to repair it. They saved me a bundle of money by not having to replace the very large blind. We had a great experience with Steven’s Blinds! We got all Hunter Douglas blinds installed with vertical blinds for our sliding doors, wood blinds throughout the house, and zebra shades in the master. Everything looks amazing. Steven and his son really went above and beyond, even doing some custom modifications to one of the blind valances to make sure it looked perfect. Steven really went above and beyond for us. We ordered shades from another company. We loved the four shades that were installed an ordered another two shades. When these were installed, they were not the same as the original inasmuch as the cord and tensioners were metal, not white (like the original). When I reached out to the company, I was told that it was impossible to get white as they were now only installing metal. This was obviously not true. Steven’s Blinds is great! They helped us with all of our window treatments while putting our house back together after Hurricane Helene. Patricia was great helping us pick out fabrics/textures/colors/design, and Steven & Steven Jr. are great with responsiveness to questions & measurements, and recommendations for what actually works for each window/door. I'm recommending with joy Steven's Blinds and Beyond. Fortunately when I bought my new home two years ago in Sarasota, the window covering on every window and doorwall in the house Plantation Shutters-just beautiful. However recently one slat became disconnected from the side and the entire shutter was askew. It is known that if one slat is bad, you usually have to replace the entire shutter-ugh, very costly.
