Brought my Subaru in after having another auto shop mess up my brakes. I dropped it off at 8 and picked it up after work having not only the brakes replaced but two other previously undiagnosed problems fixed as well (with my permission of course). Fantastic service, fast turnaround, and Steve even stayed late for me so that I could pick up my car same day. I will be coming back for all future maintenance and repair.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in asking for help on my car, specifically asking for support on replacing a valve. The man who was at the front was dismissive and immediately refused to look at my car or answer my questions.
They were able to fix the issues with our car. Got a new battery and brakes. Was not oversold on services. Pretty honest and humble.
The most honest and thorough auto center ever. Ever. Ever.
Had an issue with my skid cover and was tired of dealing with the dealer and their inflated prices. Found Steven’s Auto Clinic through online recommendations and am very pleased. They got my issue sorted quickly and at a reasonable price, with Steven following up to make sure his staff took care of me because he wasn’t there when I picked up my car. I will be back when I need service on my vehicle. Thanks!
