I saw Dr. Glickel for thumb pain and scheduled a second appointment with him at the front desk. However, because I never received a confirmation about the appointment or reminder, I missed the appointment. They called me the day before (which I did not pick up since I had been busy) and claimed to have left a voicemail, it was completely blank and there was no transcript.
