I had an appointment with Dr Williams on July 10th and the Dr and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr Williams was very thorough in explaining everything to me and so very polite. His nurse Joyce is also very kind and wonderful. Thank you
Worst experience EVER. Lack of communication.. Wasted too much of my time that could’ve been spent with an already done surgery. Failed to send over information to insurance the right way not once but THREE times. Also told me I was better off finding another surgeon because he simply didn’t want to perform my surgery. Find someone who is willing to do their job right.
