No call, no showed for my appointment. Confirmed I was at the correct address. Confirmed my appointment. Correct date and time. This was a complete waste of time.
If I could give this guy no stars I would. Had an appointment and he canceled 20mins before the appointment saying his car was stolen. Fast forward 2 weeks, my wife drove to her appointment where he no showed and didn’t call. Wife wasted 2 hours of her day and made accommodations for child care so she could get a haircut, and he no shows and provides no phone call. Absolutely trash.
Steven has pure, rare talents. He is gifted and his craft is exceptional and hard to find nowadays. A true, studied professional and also the kindest person ever! I love my hair
