Dr. Waggoner is the best decision I ever made when it came to my health. Any woman who is lucky enough to have him treat her will be in the best hands possible. He is kind, honest, communicative, reliable and caring. While I do not wish any woman to have to deal with what I did, I can say that Dr. Waggoner was a gift and I could not be more blessed with the outcome. Words cannot say enough about him but trust me, best physician in the entire Cleveland clinic and his entire staff is the same.
