Such a great initial experience here! Happy I found a true dentist that appreciates a biological approach to dental care. Very informative and the entire staff were super friendly and helpful with me as a new patient. I’d highly recommend anyone looking to take a better approach to their dental care give this place a shot. Looking forward to my new journey here
As a new patient I have found Dr. Haywood to be very accommodating and knowledgeable. I was looking for a dentist where I could receive a holistic approach to dentistry, wanting many of my very old mercury fillings replaced! This concern has been addressed in a safe and efficient way. The staff is great, offering friendly and professional help as needed. The Shrewsbury location is beautiful and easy to get to, parking is convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Steven Haywood for your dental needs!
I am writing this review for people who are scared of the Dentist as well as for Dr. Haywood and his great staff. I am someone who was tramatized as a child to go to the dentist. So I did not go for many years. I wish I had never done that, however Dr. Haywood and his staff made me feel comfortable. I can't express this enough. They take the time to explain things. Wow, just wow! Best dental experience I ever had! First, the office feels more like someone’s home than a sterile office. Then, the music! When I walked in, the WHO was playing! Kelley and Maddie greet you as if you were family. Dr Haywood chatted about everything I ever needed to know holistically and with genuine care. I have always been terrified of dental visits. Not anymore. Everyone was so thorough, gentle, and took their time, explaining every step. Who knew a dental office like this even existed?! I am so grateful!
