I made an appointment. They called me the say before confirmed it was at riddle hospital, outpatient pavilion. Floor four suite 3406. The day of I left work early I work an hour away and live an hour in the other direction. Showed up fifteen mins early. Only for them to be closed. I called they said they mived me to another locations. They told me to drive another half an hour and be there before six because they wont take me. I told them I'm a half hour away.
