Great staff, Very kind and friendly. They are wonderful.
In the past four years I’ve had two daughters go through the office for braces. Dr. Charcut is always kind and willing to answer any questions I’ve had and the staff have always been very nice. We had an issue one time needing to go back and they had us come back in immediately no appt and got us in and out.
Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and did their jobs well. One thing that really bothered me and made me uncomfortable is how I had to fight to accompany my child into the room. I would understand if this was surgery or something invasive, but my child was getting braces put on and taken off! At every other dentist or doctors office I am allowed to accompany my under aged child into the room - but not here - without a fight. The last visit they refused to let me go in with him!
