John Hoffman was the best - always attentive to our needs! Can't say the same for the VanVleets..... We took the driver safety course for seniors 2/23/25, emailed the certificates to Matt and had him call to confirm he received them which he did. Next policy payment due coming up and paper from Progressive states that they never received the certificates . Called Matt and he said they did. No change in amount due so called Progressive myself this morning. Funny thing is they didn't receive those certificates until July 15 - ... read more
Reva did an excellent job helping us switch our insurance over. She was very personal and very professional. She was willing to help me out past work hours to help me with my situation. Matt and Reva are great to work with!!!!
