Steven was amazing at walking us through the home purchasing process as FTHB's! He was extremely responsive throughout the whole time and clearly answered all of our questions. Because of Steven and the rest of his team, we were able to put in a very competitive with an accelerated escrow of 15 days instead of 30. Because of that, we had our offer accepted even though it was the lowest of 3 offers! We love our new place and can't wait to fully make it ours.
