I have gone to Steve for several years and he is the best LMT around. He does great deep tissue work! He releases the tension in my neck, shoulders and back from sitting at my desk or driving. I would highly recommend Steve! He is genuinely so positive and very personable. Super person, super LMT!
Steven does great work. Helped me with some stiff hip and weak shoulder issues through targeted massage as well as showing me some exercises to strengthen my shoulder and stretch my hips. If you really want to make progress with your issues, he's your guy. Intuitive and knowledgeable, he works your sore and stiff muscles without pain. I always leave my appointment feeling like I had a nap and a workout.
Steven has been a lifesaver for me. He creates a warm and inviting environment where I feel comfortable. I lift and his massages have helped my recovery time tremendously.
