Dr. Olive cares for our whole family. He takes his time to explain everything to us and answers questions(in-person and through the health portal). He is compassionate in his approach, but also holds our (okay…MY) feet to the fire when it comes to accountability with treatment plans. In all of my years of utilizing a combination of MTFs, Tricare, and USHFP…Dr. Olive is the first provider that left no stone unturned when it came to treating some of my conditions. He is truly the best.
Dr. Olive saw me when my usual physician was unavailable. He was straightforward and thorough but, at the same time, sympathetic. He entertained all my questions and was forthright in his answers. He also followed up days later to ensure that I was able to see the specialist to whom he had referred me. He is exactly the type of physician you want as your PCP.
Dr Olive has always expressed concern when talking with me. He takes the time to answer all questions. I totally trust him. I feel he goes beyond, thank you Jerry Hauser
