My water meter broke & water was everywhere; I was panicking. Fortunately, Steven Thomas was recommended by a neighbor. I called him immediately & instead of taking advantage of my situation, he gave me very useful information to see if I first qualify for a free meter repair/replacement from DEP. We had a gas leak and our gas was shut off as temperatures were dropping. Needed this fixed asap. Steve and crew were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Prompt timing. Responsive to any communication. Answered all questions. Got the job done well and in a timely manner. Would very highly recommend.
