Actually, arrived early and was greeted by Jessica who was super nice, a few moments later Robert came out introduced himself and said it will be a few minutes as he still had a client< as I said I was 1/2 hour early so I was very impressed that he came out. Robert Pena is Professional, Personable and Knowledgeable. He takes the time to get to know his clients, he is not pushy and it makes a world of difference! His office is clean, pleasant and his assistant Jessica is kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Hearing Care & Audiology!

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 40 years. I have spent $7000 20 years ago and as little as $450 for internet aids for my 70-80 decibel loss above 1000Hz. My recent experience with hearing specialist Robert Pena at Hearing Space in Atlantis Florida was the best ever. Professionalism started with receptionist Jessica who accommodated my schedule with a welcoming voice and desire to help. I was greeted professionally and promptly be the office staff and Hearing representative. I am looking to replace my hearing aids and I was informed of the best matches for my hearing loss. As my insurance pays part of the cost of my new aids, the office staff is checking in with my insurance company to see how I can proceed further.
