This was my first visit, changing dental practices. Dr Takamatsu seems to be a “old school” dentist, straight forward, through explanation of dental issues, and a sense of humor that might catch some people off guard. Staff was friendly, office and treatment areas appear to be clean and neat. So far, glad I changed dentists.

Great staff. Transparent about costs up front. And the Dr explains things thoroughly and answers your questions.

Love Dr. Takamatsu, but may have to find someone else because it's impossible to reschedule an appointment for a cleaning. I try not to have to reschedule, but sometimes emergencies come, especially with our current "new normal" pandemic life. I had to reschedule an appointment in December. I asked to be on the list if ever there was a cancelation. I never received a call and now I had to reschedule in August, almost a year later, a year and a half since my last cleaning! So sad that I might have to find a new dentist.
