Made the bottom row too small. The name suits him because that is what he is. I was only a teenager and had to teach him how to do his job several times. He made fun of my nose and such from day one. If he doesn't compliment you right from the start stay away from this guy. Now that I'm older I'll have to have it done right at some point. I still have my retainers but they are poorly set.
