On Monday (1/30/23) I had colonoscopy done. When I came to, still somewhat groggy Dr. S. told me that he had to "stop the procedure, I didn't want to hurt you"-he couldn't finish. He asked me if I'd had any diverticulitis attacks. I told him I "may have" but given that I have kidney stone issues and bulging and herniated discs in my back, I have pain quite a bit and not quite sure what's causing it. Always hours behind schedule, totallly inconsiderate of others time!
Dr. Schneiderman helped me in my time of need. He was kind, compassionate and professional. I appreciate Dr. Schneiderman and highly recommend him.
I would like to revise my previous evaluation based on the response I got from the Doctor's website via the doctor and office manager. After emailing my issue I received a phone call from the office manager explaining the delay and subsequently received a phone call from the doctor who went into detail as to why there was a delay. Dr. Schneiderman went above and beyond answering my questions relative to follow up care and I will continue to consult him regarding my condition. Thank you.
