Steven is awesome! He came to our house and told us exactly what changes we needed to make in order to get our house sold. The staging by Sandy was warm and wonderful even loaning us some pieces to make each room feel as if you want to live there. Steven also completed many of our home repairs himself as we were on a pretty narrow time line to get our house sold. They are much more than a realtor who sticks a for sale sign in the yard. Steven did an awesome job with the sale of my father's house. Our efforts were compounded by the decline in the market and the continuing increases in interest rate by the Federal Reserve. The house needed fix-up work and Steven worked quickly to identify and hire contractors to complete repairs, even to doing some of the fix-up work himself. My father, Smokey and I appreciate all Steven did for us very much. Any prospective seller would be very fortunate to have him as their buying or selling agent.
