VRP made a HIPPA violation by issuing information that I did not request and sent that information to another party. My request was specific and was for my personal use and when I confronted them about it, they tried to justify their actions. I then told them that I was filing a complaint and was discharged because they said that was a threat. I never felt they were there to help me but instead I felt they worked against me.
