I could feel a lot of tension within the personnel with facial expressions and with their tone of voice during my session. They all need to relax more with the patient. They have great skills but I felt they rushed me along. I do realize there are a lot of sick people out there and I commend them but if the patient feels their anxiety, it affects us to think if we will get the best care from them if they can't spend the time with us. Maybe cut down on a patient or two if possible so as to lesson the load for the physician. T... read more
I got an appointment for a hearing test and doctor visit very quickly. The whole process was very efficient and I thought the audiologist, Rachel was extremely pleasant, and Dr. Sabin was equally as pleasant. It was such a good experience for a first ENT visit.
