Unprofessional at best! – Let me tell you 1 star is generous! If I could give this jerk negative stars I would!!! My mom and I met with him to cater my wedding and he shows up with cat hair all over him. Then when we asked questions about menu options he was very vague and wouldn't give us any ideas or opinions. When we asked for a proposal he said, "yeah, I will get it for you but I can tell you it won't be today or tomorrow." Almost a week later he sends me a proposal.
