Could have come and charged me but after I explained what I did and what was happening, he diagnosed it over the phone and was spot on right. Fixed it in 5 minutes by myself. I owe these guys money lol

Excellent work
Steven came out and replaced a transmission mount then told me the other mount needed to be replaced. After paying him to replace both mounts the car is still not fixed. When I asked him why he said the mounts are stiff because they're new LOL. Never heard of such a thing from a so called mechanic. Then he tries to tell me he needs to diagnose the car to see whats actually wrong with it. $400 later and the car is still not fixed. Beware of this shade tree mechanic.
