Steven is a decent mechanic that specializes in the repair/maintenance of lawn mowers; industrial and home units. However, recently service levels have gone down with a lack of response and support to the customer. It's been six months since I ordered a part. Used to be better. Too bad, since then I had to take my business elsewhere. RB
