Doctor Rough it self is very friendly, attentive, empathic, super professional, his MA Vivian is always helping me out with all my questions and staff in Chula Vista in specific are authentic and supportive I love going to that office all of my clinic experience as a patient is overall outstanding. Recommend him 10/10

This doctor saved my life and any person that comes across this doctor should thank God to be blessed, I’m 7+yrs alive bc of this doctor and his colleagues which are top tier doctors also so I don’t know what doctor that yall saw but it wasn’t about anything other than the heart, your not telling the truth. I saw him today and as always about the heart nothing else that’s what people don’t understand he’s about the heart.
Dr. Rough has been very attentive with my dad and myself. He performed and aortic valve replacement on my father and he did an amazing job. Thank you
