Dr. Rosenthal is top notch. He’s candid. I like that and appreciate that. He cares for his patients. He spent a lot of time with my family and my dad. Doctors don’t do that anymore and he did. We are so blessed he is serving the Barbourville area. I wish we would have known about him sooner, but his caring for my dad and the time and attention he took with my family and me will always be cherished and forever grateful. Thank you Dr. Rosenthal.
