Had a spinal cord stimulator procedure done and the whole thing was troublesome. I went in for the procedure and was not prepared for the amount of pain that I’d be in. When I woke from the procedure, both of my hands had blown veins and hurt so bad on top of the pain from the procedure. The whole ordeal was awful and had I known what I was in store for, I would NEVER have done it with him.
Dr. Rizzolo was great, he was able to answer all my questions and provide me with different solutions to my condition. The front desk lady was nice and able to help me get processed through for the pre-check in process. The x-ray technician was kind and respectful and did a good job with the x-rays. Was also kind enough to give me a personal copy of my x-rays. Thanks for the excellent service everyone.
