To make a long story short, following a violent accident, for six years I lived with debilitating pain all day, every day. He was very helpful at first encounter. Ordered an emergency MRI because he said we've been having to wait too long already (because of insurance). He had the results for almost a week; I found that out from the imaging office, but then he went on vacation without telling me anything. I found out that I have another week to wait while I'm on meds that are messing me up and still putting up with the pain that started two months ago. I am very pleased with Dr Surrett. He has helped me with my pain issues. I am very unhappy that he has left Oregon Medical Group. Wish I knew where he went to.
