Mr Hicks took time out of his very busy day to talk to me and get all of my information and to tell me exactly what he needs to move forward with getting the company to fix my car under prior warranty. He was expecting very important calls and he told me he could only talk a minute but he reassured me he would get back to me tomorrow for me details and see what we need to do to move forward.
