Everyone is friendly and caring
The practice is conveniently located for me, coming from Hendersonville. Dr. Punzell is knowledgeable, understanding and respectful. So is his assistant (with the the red hair!). The front desk is polite but I have had problems with referrals and follow up on my questions. Maybe an understaffed problem?
