Steven was the perfect agent to find a tenant for my rental unit. He’s very personable making me feel comfortable with the process. He kept me informed every step along the way. I struggled to rent the unit but in a short period of time Steven had a renter. More importantly, the quality of the tenants he attracts allows one to know their property will be well taken care of. If you want to rent your unit I recommend Steven Nicholson as the person for you. He’s personable, fast, knowledgeable and gets the job done.
Steven has been terrific and very accommodating throughout the process of getting us through multiple long-distance tours of the property, providing the requisite information to have us vetted with the owner, answering any and all questions that we had, being available to get us into the condo early in the morning, and expeditiously resolved an issue to help us get settled.
Steven was a wonderful realtor who went over and above. He was very diligent in making sure we got the best deal. He made sure all the i’s were dotted and our closing was very easy. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
I’m out of state (Massachusetts resident) and I bought two properties in Florida using Steven as buyer’s agent! He is the best realtor to negotiate the price with seller and always response fast and work with seller/builder, and inspector every step and keeps you updates!
