We have been left with damage done to our septic tank when a steel beam was drilled through it and had concrete poured in. Steve Ness has taken zero responsibility for this element. There has never been any ownership through the entire renovation process when something arose. All we have received are excuses, from start to finish. I would not recommend Steve Ness as a builder. Communication was poor and so was timing on completing stages. Beware.
