I had booked and confirmed a nail appointment, and was genuinely looking forward to it. When I arrived, the place was closed. The owner later told me he had missed the appointment and needed time to get back. I’m honestly shocked by the lack of professionalism, this is not something I expected or have ever experienced before.
I recently had a dip manicure and gel pedicure with Steven. I requested the same color on both my nails and toes, but when I got home and removed my closed-toed shoes, I noticed that the colors did not match. I reached out to Steven (photo attached) after he messaged me about not receiving a tip via Venmo. It's now been over 24 hours with no response.
