The electricians themselves have proven (across 4-5 separate jobs) to be reliable, friendly and fast. They are a professional team focussed on the entire customer experience and it’s this end to end service that I value.
I cannot thank these guys enough for the effort, service and response they gave me in solving an electrical emergency yesterday. We had great service experience today from Ben the air-conditioning technician. Great knowledge, good communication and solution to our problem. He checked out our aging system, advised on a low cost fix, then (same day) went out of his way to acquire the key part which would have been difficult or impossible for us even to know about. AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Unsafe Work and Zero Accountability If I could give Stephen Murphy Electrical zero stars, I would. They installed an oven at my parents' home (see receipt attached as proof), and their shoddy workmanship led to a small fire in the fuse box, which completely burnt out the electrical circuit in the house.
