Steven Murphy Electrical Contractors are my go-to when I need an electrician at my home. The admin team are attentive and personable. The electricians themselves have proven (across 4-5 separate jobs) to be reliable, friendly and fast. They are a professional team focussed on the entire customer experience and it’s this end to end service that I value.
Had a great experience with SME on a collection of small jobs around the house (oven, fan, GPOs). Great communication with their admins, prompt quoting and follow up to queries, and quality install by two great electricians (cheers Peter and James). Price was very fair too. I'd happily recommend SME.
We had great service experience today from Ben the air-conditioning technician. Great knowledge, good communication and solution to our problem. He checked out our aging system, advised on a low cost fix, then (same day) went out of his way to acquire the key part which would have been difficult or impossible for us even to know about. I had a great experience with their service. I contacted them on Thursday regarding NBN, and the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She promptly arranged for an electrician to come for a quotation on Saturday morning. Steve arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and resolved it in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend their service and will definitely reach out to them again if needed.
