We had great service experience today from Ben the air-conditioning technician. Great knowledge, good communication and solution to our problem. He checked out our aging system, advised on a low cost fix, then (same day) went out of his way to acquire the key part which would have been difficult or impossible for us even to know about. SMEC provided an exceptional service for a residential household job which included installing multiple data points, replacing ceiling fans and adding switch multipliers throughout my house. The electrician Steven’s sent for the job was informative and proficient at his trade. WARNING – NO Accountability, NO Safety, NO Customer Care I’ve never felt more CHEATED.
