Steven seems like a nice guy but unreliable doesn’t begin to describe my experience. 1.) Communication: He literally doesn’t respond to messages at all and is completely neglected in processing my return this past year with it taking 7 months to get it back.(Zero rationale as to why?) 2.) This is my first time working with Steven, and let me tell you it was a nightmare. Although I gave him a full six week prior to the tax deadline, I decided to cut my losses and not have him file my taxes. It took five emails during a span of 3-4 weeks before I even got a response from Steven on basic questions, such as "what is the status of my return and do you file electronically" (that's right, he would not respond to these question).
