Beware Steven Meyer is very unprofessional and a thief!
The reason for the 1 star is because of Realtor Seven Meyer....Very unprofessional re wrote the lease 9x times and did not have the proper paper work at the signing. Not to mention that he bumped the brokers fee price last min to get even penny he could......After the transaction he then cursed at me and said he was going to take my head off because I was inquiring about the apartment not being move in ready. Great level of professionalism.
