I had to find out my diagnosis or possible diagnosis from a secretary at the place he referred me to rather than him just being transparent and letting me know what He thought was going on.
Lately either his staff is not informing him of the results of patient biopsy's or he is not making it a priority to call the patient as soon as the results are known. Patients are waiting anxiously for results. It's a very traumatic time for people.
Dr. McMahan is very caring, courteous and helpful. Appointment are convenient and usually the same day when I call. Only a short wait normally of less than five minutes.
The office is very unprofessional. The ones answering the phones have no clue what anyone else is saying. Leaving a note in a patients record might help with some of their confusion. Severely disappointed with the amount of professionalism shown at this office. Will no longer go there and anyone who refers to them, I will make sure to tell them to stop stay away.
Dr. McMahan and his team are courteous, caring and efficient.
