I went in for an appointment and needed to have some bloodwork done. Dr. Ma had filled out the order with the wrong birthdate and the form was unsigned. I contacted the staff daily for a week before it was corrected. It has been three weeks and just received a voice message to call them back about the test results. Dr .Ma also scheduled an MRI and although he has had those test results for a week, I have not heard back about those either. Having been a patient for many years, I appreciate how Dr. Ma personally invests in his patients’ well-being. His compassionate and preventative approach to medicine addresses both physical and mental/emotional health. He devotes a comparatively superior amount of time during visits and routinely follows-up after having devoted additional thought and research. Review readers can take comfort knowing this practice is fair, proactive, and thoughtful.
Best doctor in the area. I wish he took my new health insurance so I could go back to him.

1st time patient and impressed with the amount of time that Dr. Ma gets to know you as a patient but more importantly as a person. He is very thorough and looks to get to the reason why you have a certain condition. Angie and Cassidy are excellent addition to his staff. Highly recommended!!
Dr. Ma is a Christian & an excellent family physician. His staff (esp. Angie) is top notch & the epitome of what a nurse should be (could teach a professionalism & customer service call for her comrades). I am thankful for the service they provide my family & have done so for over a dozen years. Takes time with each patient, so pack your patience. Thorough review of your medical history. Recommendations are individualized. Self help video shown while he prepares rx. Holistic approach.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ma for more than 20 years. I have to say that out of all of the doctors I have seen for a variety of health related issues, that Dr. Ma, and staff are an absolute blessing! Dr. Ma listens to my concerns, and answers any questions I may have with an open, spiritual mind. He immediately refers me to doctors for further diagnosis, and treatment if required. Staff is wonderful, competent, and very personable. I'm one happy, and blessed patient! Thanks for all you do!
What a joke in the Hospital for Stroke Level Hypertension 3 days prior. Couldn't get an appointment day after staff withholds meds from you b/c you need to schedule an appointment to refill meds for a life threatening condition. Been seeing him for about 7 years but after that they've lost a patient.
