Sean and his team have told me for the past two years that my taxes were filed and taken my payment when in fact they did not file them. It wasn't until I reached out both years after not finding my return with the fed or state online that they actually got filed. I was told the first year that it was an error, this is not how they do business and they would do better. Then it happened again. Stay away.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. I trusted Sean to help me with my start-up taxes but that was a very costly mistake! His incompetence and negligence has caused me great anxiety and stress for over 2 years as I work on correcting his mistakes. He has cost me thousands on fees and penalties to the IRS. The most egregious thing about it all is his lack of care or empathy towards seeing this through with us.
