So kind and really caring. My Luna had a lil bowel obstruction and later surgery to remove a huge cyst. They call to check and make sure all is going well. Will only bring my fur baby to Dr Torrence. So thankful!
A few years back my cat had an extreme episode of kidney failure. We thought he wasn't going to make it. Our usual vet was overbooked and unable to help so we found Torrence in a panic of random googling. Even as un-established clients, his team were able to schedule us within an hour to come in. Dr. Torrence, Shawna and Erin are absolutely the most wonderful vet team. With all of our pets, they show kindness, compassion and patience. We are given the best, most thorough care and each pet is treated as their own. We are so fortunate to have them in Juneau
Best Veterinarian we have met in our travels. He is extremely knowledgeable and tells you like it is.
