Dr. Streelman and his staff were very professional and polite during my visit. The dental assistant and the staff were very inviting and pleasant to be around. Thank you to Dr. Streelman as well for taking the time to answer all my concerns and questions while I was at my first visit. I look forward to working with them and building a healthy relationship while taking care of my health/teeth.
Always a friendly and relaxing experience. Dr. Streelman makes it a point to talk to you before you leave even if he didn't work on you during your visit. Nice touch. Highly recommend!!
The office staff insisted I could not get my teeth cleaned today unless I had complete eset of xrays. They never mentioned that when I booked my appointment. And they never once offered for the DDS to explain the need for complete set of xrays. I also had xrays in December.... The office sent me at least 4 texts and 2 phone calls leading up to my scheduled appointment reminding me of appointment time, yet, when I arrived 5 minutes early, I had to wait 15 minutes past my schedule time. The dental Lab Dr. Streelman uses has provided me the dental appliances that are so exactly "made to fit that precision is first and lasting.
