I was a patient of this practice and suffered from severe preclampsia as the clinical staff was not informative about my symptoms. The front desk is extremely rude, unprofessional and when you walk into the practice you're treated like cattle and handed a cup to go urinate in. I recently experienced such a terrible encounter with the front desk bullying me to provide a credit card otherwise my appointment would be cancelled. The office was professional and Dr. Soloff was kind, knowledgeable and put me at ease
I can honestly say I'm not impressed. This place is outdated and there are so many different doctors you feel like you know none of them. There is always a wait time so you would think they have a proper working wifi since they are located in a dead zone. Anytime you try to call it's always busy or they put you on hold. Sad that this is a Northwell facility and its so archaic.
Dr. Oppenheim took the time to thoroughly address my concerns and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Her kind and approachable demeanor, combined with her professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional care.
