Heard good things about this preparer, so decided to give it a shot with purchasing our first house this year. Dropped taxes off, and was told 3 weeks. 3 weeks came, and we heard nothing, so I called, and was rudely told it would now be 4 weeks. At 4 weeks, still no call, so my husband called to inquire on when they'd be ready, only to be spoken to rudely also and said he was told 4 weeks when we dropped off, which wasn't the case.
