I used Steven as our lawyer for a house purchase/sale, and I can't recommend him enough. He takes the time to explain things in simple terms, and walked us through each document step by step. Even well after the purchase was complete he took the time to answer questions we had. Steven was very accommodating in our mortgage purchase as I was in camp and my family was on a tight dead line with a last minute mess up on the banks end. He didn't charge us extra when new paper work had to be drawn up. Awesome service.
