Used Steven Reid for our first home purchase. Process was straight forward and everything was well explained.
Steven was very accommodating in our mortgage purchase as I was in camp and my family was on a tight dead line with a last minute mess up on the banks end. He didn't charge us extra when new paper work had to be drawn up. Awesome service.
