My husband made his payment on Friday and someone forgot to post it to his account. Come Tuesday they just decide to take money directly out of our checking account and refused to tell me why stating that the loan was in my husband's name and could only talk to him but didn't have a problem taking money with my name on it. So my husband had to call up there and all they could say was "Oops we made a mistake but we can cut you a refund check on Friday."
