Very argumentative, shows no compassion for his client. Reasonable costs but lacks in detail. Listens but doesn’t listen to all the facts and information before giving opinions. Under pressure Steven breaks down and starts arguments to assure he’s right! I presume we’ll deserved in the past but maybe time to retire?!
