Dr.Draper, Dominique,and backroom staff are professional,and outstanding. Thought I would never switch from my local dentist...but last time I went in to get my teeth cleaned and was done and went to make a follow-up appointment with Jennifer and got a rude awakening! I thought we were friends...but guess not. I was told it hadn't been pre-approved yet, been 3 months...so couldn't schedule. She told me she was tired of billing insurance and never getting paid and was so stressed out over it, she was going to have me bill it ... read more
Office manger is verbally abusive to senior citizen's, veteran's. Discriminates against patients health issues in public. Threatened my insurance company, caused huge delays on 3 claims although information was in my chart. Went to another provider saved over $400 on same crown. So Steve, I think you make plenty of money! and Jennifer karma will take care of you!
Dr Draper and his staff do a wonderful job of keeping you informed, educated and at ease with all aspects of your dental work. All equipment is state of the art. I always feel comfortable with any procedure done, and Dr Draper is always concerned with my comfort.
