Arrived at center met at door was escorted to registration and introduced to very nice lady whose name is Serria she found I was at wrong office and got me lined up to the correct office. And informed the correct office I was enroute she did an excellent job made it to my appointment and registered in there no problem the lady there was equally as helpful as Mrs. Serria so both ladies deserve a Bravo,a raise,a paid day off of their choice and extra week’s vacation.
