IF you are wondering how to manage the fun symptoms of perimenopause into menopause, stop wondering - Dr Steven Dean and his staff are fabulous. He takes the time to listen to you, looks at facets of whats going on (blood work, etc) and really helps manage this season of life.
I had heard good things so I called to make an appointment, and the person who answered the phone asked for insurance information. I was gathering it from my wallet when she put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back and was put into voicemail. 5 minutes is to long to not come back and say, I did not forget about you. She was also eating. I am feeling so sick and needed a good doctor with good staff.
I have been seeing Dr. Dean for years. He has been great. It's hard to find doctors who actually care for their patients, and he is one of them.
Dr. Dean is a genuinely good doctor. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and responds in understandable language. His staff are very professional and caring indivuals that represent him beautifully. I am very grateful to have him for my doctor!
